環境共生型ホテルを目指して･･･

お客様から見えない部分ではありますが、ホテルの屋根は緑で覆われています。 緑は都市部のヒートアイランド現象を緩和し、建物を直射日光や寒波から護り、快適さを保ちます。

窓の外にはベランダを設け、アイビー（蔦）を植栽しています。ベランダは万が一の火災時の避難通路として 安全性を高め、アイビーは直射日光を遮り、自然の優しさでやすらぎ感を与えてくれます。

全館すべて木製フローリング仕上げです。カーペットによるカビやダニを発生させません。また、ホテル本体に 大きな吹き抜けを6ヶ所設けております。この吹き抜けがホテル自体を呼吸させ、自然換気を促し、よどんだ空気を排出してくれます。

Living together within the natural surroundings･･･

Our hotel is named,"IVY"as it is covered with the beautiful greens of ivy leaves.The ivy trees have been growing around the hotel and the rooftop to prevent the building from the incredible heat and coldness which stem from global warning(abnormal meteorological phenomena).

The porch of each room gives some extra space for the ivy to grow and for the safety of our hotel guests in case of fire.Protecting the room from the direct sunlight and cold wind,the green leaves of ivy provides hotel guests with a cozy and gentle natural life.

The wooden flooring stops ticks and mold from growing inside the hotel.The six large stairwells promote smooth air circulation throughout the hotel as if they would give natural breathing to the hotel.
